Does your customer service make you stand out from the crowd? We are looking for an accomplished Account Manager who is looking for a new challenge, for our client based in Central Ashford.
As an ambitious Account Manager you will be representing a national brand and be responsible for the entire life cycle of the client buying process from start to finish, and it's your job to continuously provide an outstanding service, advise and up sell, whilst ensuring you maximise profit and the long term growth of the relationship. You will be promoting three different arms of the business, providing lots of variety in you day-to-day role.
This unique part-time position will be working full-time Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm with half an hour for lunch. Based in Ashford this is an easily commutable journey by car or public transport. To be considered you must have a strong account management experience with the ability to easily show you can stand out above the crowd.
This dynamic account manager will be self-motivated, enjoy a challenge as well have the courage to learn a new industry and set new service standards. Duties will include:
* Client campaign planning; * Analysing client data and identifying client trends; * Arrange and manage client meetings; * Work as part of a team as well as individually; * Identify potential business improvements; * Determine and develop existing sales opportunities; * Deliver outstanding service at all times; * Review and monitor clients SLAs to overachieve at all times.
