We require a good administrator to work within the HR department for a period of three months to provide day to day administrative support to the HR Operations Team.
You must have admin experience, good organisational skills and possess good IT skills to include Word and Excel. The duties will include:
* Answering telephone calls (first point of contact on the HR helpdesk, therefore needs to provide high levels of customer service); * Filing; * Completing pre-employment checks i.e. taking up references, processing DBS checks; * Making up personnel record files; * Preparing recruitment paperwork for interview panels; * Responding to email enquiries; * Ensure post is taken to and collected from registry daily.
Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm
Paying £9.35 /hr.
