A busy office based in Maidstone is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their existing team until March 2019.
Duties will include:
* Answering the telephone - you will be the first point of contact on the HR helpdesk, therefore high levels of customer service is essential; * Completing pre-employment checks i.e. taking up references, processing DBS checks; * Making up personnel record files; * Preparing recruitment paperwork for interview panels; * Responding to email enquiries; * Ensure post is taken to and collected from registry daily; * Filing.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm paying £9.50-£10ph.
