Based in the Swale area, we have a great opportunity for an experienced individual with excellent customer service skills to work within a small team carrying out administrative and customer service duties.
You will be responsible for handling incoming telephone calls from a wide variety of people. You will then log these calls and the data on to the IT system ensuring that the details have been added accurately. You will deal with queries effectively keeping internal and external parties up to date on what is happening.
You will need an excellent telephone manner and be IT literate and and able to use Microsoft Office including Excel.
Hours of work are 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday on an ongoing temporary basis with an immediate start.
