A Purchasing Administrator is required to join one of Kent's premier employers on an ongoing temporary basis.
Working at their globally renowned manufacturing plant on the outskirts of Sittingbourne - the incoming candidates will supporting a skilled and dedicated Purchasing Manager in what is a critical time for the business.
Daily duties will include:
* Provide administrative support to the UK business within the procurement process; e.g. approving and placing orders, receipting orders, managing invoice queries; * Prepare reports and data analysis, including KPI tracking; * Maintain relevant system data; * Liaise with vendors and internal customers as required to manage and resolve queries efficiently and accurately
Applicants will require strong administrative skills in order or be considered - you will be meticulous in your approach, and have strong organisational skills.
The hours of work are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday initially on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent.
