Business Development Executive - £35-£40,000/OTE annum - Canterbury, Kent.
We require enthusiastic, tenacious and driven candidates to support an established business with prospecting and bringing on new business.
This company are all about listening to the customer, understanding what their requirements and then offering solutions fit for purpose. Once you have established you can help this client, you will be then meeting with the face-to face to present your solution.
You role will include making a high volume of outbound calls, but have the ability to hold meaningful and quality conversations, understanding the importance of always representing the business in a professional way.
Day-to-day duties will include:
* Updating and keeping accurate records of customer detail; * Proactively lead generate; * Make outbound calls to customers; * Build strong relationships with customers, keeping consistent contact; * Booking face-to-face meetings.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in B2B sales, or in outbound sales environment. You will need to be a self-starter who is tenacious, and have a passion for exceeding targets and earning commission.
