Are you confident speaking to people on the telephone? If so, we have a temporary position that may be for you. You will be responsible for following up from online customer enquiries on the telephone. You will be questioning the customer with a view to be able to gain enough information for a qualified individual to be able to then speak to them.
You must have an excellent confident telephone manner and the ability to think on your feet on the telephone. MS Excel is widely used in this position so you must be at an intermediate level to be considered for this role.
The hours of work are 37.5 per week between 8.30am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
You will be working in a friendly vibrant environment in the Sittingbourne are on a temporary basis with the possibility of a permanent position.
