Managing a small team of 5-10 individuals, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the team, as well as ultimately being responsible for the performance of your team, ensuring they are smashing their targets each month.

Day-to-day tasks of this role will include:
* Communicate with the team constantly to ensure objectives are met and they are consistently striving; * Coach existing and new team members; * Plan KPI's and sales objectives for the team; * Conduct all performance reviews & 1-2-1s; * Manage teams objections and ensure they remain focused; * Build a great relationship with your team to quickly identify any issues.
Team leader or supervisory experience is essential, it would be advantageous to have a proven successful sales track record as well as having worked in a similar environment.
