Qualified Chef required for an immediate start to carry out any activities necessary for the procurement, preparation, production and service of food and beverages.
* NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Catering; * Level 3 Certificate in Food Hygiene; * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; * HACCP Awareness; * Health and Safety Awareness; * Knowledge of working with varied dietary needs; * Experience of stock control; * Committed to providing good quality food and beverages; * To ensure all kitchen areas and equipment are kept clean and tidy.
The unit has a catering output seven days a week and you will be provided with a roster that will include some weekends.
This is a temporary position to start asap.
