New Appointments Group are exclusively supporting one of Kent's leading professional services organisations in their search for a Client Relationship Manager.
The firm have positioned themselves well in recent years and have subsequently enjoyed rapid growth - they now benefit from the countless number of robust professional relationships they have developed across the South East. Not resting on their laurels however, they are now looking to expand their market share with the timely appointment of a Client Relationship Manager.
The incoming candidate's chief remit will be to continue to harness and foster well-established professional relationships with businesses across the South East through all channels of communication. In time, you will become a trusted partner to these businesses, working collaboratively in order to achieve best possible outcomes for all parties. Considering their plans to further continue their growth - the expectation for the post-holder will be to create, implement, and spearhead the business development strategy across the commercial department.
To be considered for this position you will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong working relationships with a range of private sector clients, juxtaposed with an extremely high level of commercial awareness. Applicants will be able to clearly evidence previous experience of developing new business within B2B markets. Prior exposure to working within the professional services vertical (Legal or HR services) would be ideal - however, for the right candidate this would not be essential.
Strong, confident communication skills are imperative - the role will involve a large amount of stakeholder management and negotiation and you'll be able to present with confidence, gravitas, and without peer. Agility is a key requisite for the role - it is imagined that the role will see the post-holder operate effectively remotely as well as being a key point of contact for many within the organisation.
In return, our client will offer an enviable working team environment where you can shape an exciting role within an innovative organisation. 33 days holiday and bonus structure and recognition for your results achieved.
Initial interviews will be carried out in one of New Appointments Group's two offices in Kent, with the next stage of interviews taking place at the firm's headquarters in Kent.
