We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional to work for an expanding international organisation on a temporary basis for four months.
You will be working on the Finance team dealing with queries and enquiries both over the phone and on e-mail from a wide variety of clients. You will be using the SAP system to check if invoices have been raised and paid correctly and to see if any credits are due. You will resolve issues and reply in a professional manner to the customers ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained.
You will have excellent IT skills including Word and Excel and have previous Customer Service based experience.
The hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and due to the location transport will be required.
