Our Dover based client is looking for an experience Customer Service Assistant to join their small commercial team reporting to the Repairs / Customer Service manager. You will be responsible for end-to-end processing and supply of Sales orders acting as the key point of contact point various other companies. Duties will include dealing with queries and lead time issues, you will also be generating SAP deliveries in accordance with planned due dates and agreed schedules.
* End-to-end sales order processing; * Be the contact for pre-order information such as delivery information; * Establishing prices if no master data exists; * Produce shipping documentation and coordinating actual shipments; * To assist the Customer Service Coordinator when required.
The successful applicant will have a strong customer service background with an understanding of producing work requiring a high attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, computer literate - particularly with Excel and spreadsheet work.
An understanding and knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, full time with the potential for this to become a permanent role for the right applicant.
