A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within the Customer Services Team for a well-established and successful Transport and Logistics business based in Dover.
To apply for this role you must be fluent English and have the ability to communicate in German. This is essential for this role.
The company will provide full training to support the new employee to become an expert in their role however Transport and Logistics experience is advantageous. You will provide support to customers with: incoming enquires, progress and status updates of their items in transit, advice customers of required documentation and process for import and export of goods and confirming transit times.
You should be able to work with autonomous skills, have a strong analytic and problem solving background, and be a team player.
You must have a full driving licence and hold a valid passport. You may be required to travel within the UK and possibly to Europe as part of this role.
The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm.
