An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Customer Services Team for a well known transport and logistics company based in Dover.
The company will provide full training to support the new employee to become an expert in their role. You will provide support to customers with: incoming enquires, progress and status updates of their items in transit, advise customers of required documentation and process for import and export of goods and confirming transit times.
You should be able to work: using initiative, have strong analytical and problem solving skills, be a team player and a dedicated individual.
If you speak another European language this would be a bonus but is not essential.
You must have a full driving licence and hold a valid passport. You may be required to travel within the UK and possibly to Europe as part of this role.
The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm
