A leading employer based in Thanet are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join their small, dedicated team.
Working within a manufacturing setting, the incoming candidate will be accountable for dealing with all customer sales enquiries, being the first point of contact on product, logistics, delivery, and issues surrounding manufacture.
The post-holder will be able to work well with various systems and MRPs (experience of using an MRP would be highly beneficial) and be comfortable with speaking with stakeholders of all levels.
The successful applicant will be an experienced Customer Service Representative, Sales Administrator/Coordinator, or Sales Order processor, with great customer service skills and a strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience of working within a B2B environment will be required, with exposure to working within manufacturing, production, or engineering being highly advantageous.
