We are looking for several immediately available Outbound Sales Advisors who are available to start on Friday 25th June 2018, looking for the next challenge with the advantage of uncapped commission and no weekend working! Our client based in rural Maidstone are looking for the best of the best Outbound Sales Advisors. Previous call centre experience would be advantageous, but working to sales KPIs is a must!
The business is looking for vibrant, outgoing and hardworking individuals who are able to build quick rapport with customers, whilst providing an outstanding customer service, whilst identifying business opportunities. You will be working in the beautiful English countryside, working in a busy office with a comprehensive break out room, full kitchen and games console.
You will need to be able to work the following shifts: Monday-Thursday: 12pm-8pm, Friday: 10am-6pm.
Duties of this position include:
* Ensure at all times you have the most up-to-date product knowledge as well as industry knowledge to be able to provide the best service to customers at all times; * Helping customers to save money whilst assessing their current energy spend; * Making outbound calls to warm leads and existing customers; * Working to individual KPIs with daily and monthly targets; * Promoting the business to all customers; * Update the database with accurate customer details and information at all times.

Due to the location of the client, you will need to have access to your own transport to be able to get to work; parking is available on-site. Any successful appointed Outbound Sales Advisors will be subject to Disclosure checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
