Estimator

Due to continued expansion, our client is looking to employ the services of a Construction Estimator to join their team based at their Kent offices. They are seeking an experienced construction Estimator who is looking to take on a new challenge and assist this company through their next phase of growth with various blue chip, retail and educational organisations.

You will be competent in producing analytical tenders on a specification and drawings, design and build or traditional bills of quantities basis. Responsibilities will involve attending pre-construction and construction site visits with the ability to negotiate and liaise at a high level, ensuring a good knowledge of contractual procedures and responsibilities.

Conquest estimating software experience preferable but not essential.

You will be a professional, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills with the drive to deliver excellent customer service at all times.

You will be covering the South East and Kent area, therefore a driving licence with own vehicle will be required.

You will have a good level of education, with ideally a relevant qualification or qualified by experience.
