With offices in central Maidstone, the business are looking for candidates who can demonstrate first class customer service skills, a good eye for detail, and a desire to exceed targets. Candidates who have worked within the retail industry are welcomed to apply, providing solid administration skills can also be evidenced in your CV.
You will possess a great telephone manner, be able to work independently (but also within a team environment), and have high levels of drive and motivation.
The role will require the successful Customer Executive to conduct outbound debt recovery - key duties are below:
* Take ownership and responsibility of debt recovery cases; * Research and analyse cases in order to decide the best course of action; * Undertake telephone collections; * Adhere to regulatory requirements to ensure that collections are maximised but within compliant framework; * Engage with debtors to find constructive solutions.
To be considered for this role successful applicants MUST have:
* 5 GCSE's A* - C (including English & Maths) and; * 2 A Level's A - D or equivalent.
Starting salary is £18,644 rising to £19,106 at the end of the probationary period and you can earn an extra £4,800 in performance related bonuses paid on a quarterly basis.
