Our client a leading East Kent solicitors are looking to recruit a Part Time Facilities and Contracts Manager (21 hours per week).
The role will involve being responsible for the 4 offices across East Kent ensuring that the offices are safe and comfortable environments. This is a highly practical role requiring a combination of business, organisational and manual skills.
* The role will involve acting as Health and Safety Officer therefore a understanding of Health and Safety regulations will be required; * A relevant Health and Safety qualification gained with the last five years is desired; * Excellent written and verbal skills; * Good IT skills; * Ability to manage existing and negotiate new contracts with service providers; * Physically fit and a proficient DIYer capable of dealing with minor maintenance issues; * Clean driving licence is essential; * Access to own vehicle due to frequent travel across the sites (expenses will be paid).
The role is likely to be three full days per week around 21 hours although flexibility will be required when undertaking office moves and refurbishments.
