Are you an HR Advisor with demonstrable experience in supporting a manufacturing/engineering business with key challenges within the Recruitment, Absence Management and Performance Management areas?
The successful person who steps into this fixed term six-month long project will have at least five years' experience within a similar role and have gained a solid level of knowledge and skills to deliver HR Services and solutions to line managers and employees in support and alignment with business goals and legislative requirements.
Areas of responsibility will include:
Recruitment and Selection: proactive hands on support at all levels of the process to ensure best outcomes for the business objectives.
Absence Management: develop and implement and support line managers and staff through the process ensuring clear defined case management.
Performance Management: Support and guide all levels to achieve best outcomes and ensure consistency of application.
HR Data and Administration: support in all areas required to ensure HR processes are documented, accurately recorded and in line with company and legislative requirements.
Qualified / part qualified or equivalent - your natural ability to coach and guide and develop line managers to achieve agreed outcomes and work to support the positive changes that are being implemented across the business sector.

Candidates will need to have their own transport in order to be successful due to the locations of the site and the requirement to attend off site meeting on occasion at other centres.
