Working for a leading independent school, we are recruiting on a temporary to permanent basis for a professional HR Manager who will provide the school with an effective operational and strategic HR management service, to include payroll.
This is a full-time, stand-alone role, working throughout the calendar year and you will be responsible for HR compliance, recruitment and P&P's and you must be familiar with current employment law in order to provide sound advice. Duties include, but not limited to:
* Consultation and restructuring * Investigations and ER issues * All HR Administration * Recruitment from start to finish * Payroll processing * Write and implement policies * Microsoft Office - Advanced * HR Systems and reports * Deal with day to day HR matters
It is essential to possess educational sector experience - preferably from within a school environment. To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate your HR knowledge at strategic level, be a problem solver with excellent communication skills.
