A reputable company specialising in sales of winter products are looking for an inbound customer service advisor.
Duties will include:
* Responding to customer questions by email, phone and in person; * Dealing with customers "face-to-face" who come to the showroom; * Liaising with customers and our carriers regarding any delivery issues;
Although these are the designated duties, the company are looking for someone who can be adaptable and multi task when required.
Monday - Friday 37 hours per week.
Paying between £10-12/hr depending on experience.
This is a temp to perm assignment starting as soon as possible.
