We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary that wants to work in a fast paced environment. If you have exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a non-stop role then this could be the job for you!
Experience in Residential Conveyancing in this role is a must and your daily duties will include:
* Efficiently maintaining files and legal documents; * Dealing with incoming post, emails and client queries; * Liaising with clients in a professional and timely manner; * Ad hoc secretarial cover; * Audio typing via the digital dictation system. * The ideal applicant will be well presented, composed and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Although no formal qualifications are required for the position previous legal secretarial experience within residential conveyancing is paramount.
