Our client a manufacturer with a global presence are looking to employ a Order Sales Support Manager to join their East Kent Office.
The role will involve the management of 10-15 Order Processors and to provide a high level of support to customers from the order processing stages to being the conduit between the customer and business. The main focus will be on managing the needs of the customers and facilitating their requirements through the business.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Processing orders into the company's system, printing and checking of acknowledgements prior to sending to the customer; * First point of contact for the customer for all enquiries relating to their orders and shipments; * Handling and management of large project orders; * Manage the team of up to 15 staff; * Ownership of all customer complaints, investigation of non-conformances and credit notes.
Ideal applicants should have:
* Experience of leading and managing a Customer Service/Sales Support Tea; * Previous experience of dealing with engineering main contractors, consultants and local authorities ideally within the Building Services Sector; * A recognised Mechanical/Engineering/HVAC qualification or have gained sufficent knowledge in these fields in their career to date.
