A Part Time Administrator is required to join a firm based on the outskirts of Lympne, Kent.
The incoming candidate will be working within a medium sized finance team - undertaking purchase ledger clerk duties (full training will be given). The firm are looking for a strong administrator who possesses a good eye for detail, is confident with numbers, and would be able to focus well to process a large number of invoices.
Key duties will include:
* Purchase ledger management for all supplier invoices; * Checking prices on supplier invoices and rectifying issues if they happen; * Organising, filling and archiving all relevant paperwork, including invoices, delivery notes and proof of deliveries; * Speaking with suppliers/customers when required; * Assisting in other areas of the department where necessary.
You'll be able to work within a small team effectively - but also independently. Candidates will be able to work effectively in a small team and possess strong communication skills.
Working hours are: Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 9.30am-2.30pm with a 30 minute break.
Salary £9-£10 per hour.
