A Part Time Sales/Customer Service Administrator is required to join a business based in Gillingham.
The incoming candidate will be required to provide customer service (via telephone and email), process customer and sales orders, and be the first point of contact for all issues surrounding products, delivery, and aftercare.
In order to be successful, you will have prior experience of undertaking customer service and sales administration in a prior role. You will have strong customer service skills, and good written and verbal and communication skills. You will be able to work autonomously, without supervision, and be able to remain professional and calm under pressure at all times.
The role is working 20 hours per week - with four hours needed to be worked each day (Monday to Friday). The firm are flexible as to how these hours are worked.
