A rare opportunity has risen for an experienced PA to join our client within the health care sector on a nine-months contract to support the CEO and Business Director.
You will have a proven track record supporting at executive level and within a busy environment able to cope under pressure.
Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
* Diary management/organising meetings; * Answering general enquiries and request over the phone and on email; * Creating reports and presentations using the Microsoft Office package; * Taking minutes and actions at meetings; * Keep all filing and central files up to date; * Ensure that all service levels are met for relevant clients and audited correctly; * Any other duties as required.
A small level of travelling between sites may be required due to this a full UK Driving Licence is essential.
