New Appointments Group are seeking a skilled Receptionist / Administrator to join our Canterbury client on a six-week basis.
Supporting the PA to the CEO, you will:
* Work alongside the Personal Assistant to the CEO to ensure the reception area and other areas used by staff and visitors always presents a professional image; * Provide exemplary reception service to Head Office, staff and visitors and to act as a point of contact for all projects and assist with their enquiries; * Deal with a variety of face-to-face, telephone and email enquiries, assessing the nature and urgency of enquiries and pass to the appropriate person; * Book rooms, organise refreshments, provide agendas and papers, produce minutes for meetings as required. This includes Board and SMT meetings in the absence of the Personal Assistant to the CEO; * Deputise for the PA to Chief Executive in his/her absence.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday. The role will commence early December and continue for six weeks.
