Based in Tunbridge Wells we are looking for an experienced Receptionist to carry out a variety of tasks within a busy office environment.
You will be required to provide a professional reception service t all visitors to the office both face to face and over the telephone.
You will need to book meeting rooms and assist with the testing of alarm systems and monitoring security fobs that are issued.
You will also be required to look after some of the basic finances of the office including areas such as travelling expenses, creating and inputting invoices. You will also be required to order stationery and maintain basic filing systems within the office.
Hours of work are 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday and this is a temporary role with a start date in November with the possibility to become permanent.
