Our client based in Sittingbourne requires a Sales Order Processing Team Leader, to support its fast paced and ever growing business.
This role will be working on a shift pattern of 4 days on 4 days off, working 6am - 6pm to support the 24/7 operation - please only apply if this is something you are able to fully commit too.
This role is all about leading the team, ensuring customer service is at the forefront of everything they do, whilst ensuring strict standards and the time-frames as promised to the customer are achieved. You will be the escalated point of contact for any issues, so you must be happy with managing this responsibility and be a keen problem solver.
Your duties will include:
* Ensure all customer orders are input accurately and correctly; * Central point of contact for all customer service issues; * Manage the entirety of the order process to ensure a smooth customer transition; * Attend customer meetings to take feedback; * Hold daily meetings with the sales order processing team to ensure all accurate and important information is shared across the team; * Make sure the teams KPI's are being achieved; * Ad-hoc administrative duties for the department.
You will need to have a great attention to detail, accuracy is essential as well as a team player.
Previous experience in a sales order processing role is essential, and supervisory experience is desirable.
