Based in Sittingbourne, we have an excellent temporary opportunity to work in a busy Customer Service team processing customer orders.
You will the first point of contact for inbound calls to the team and will then be responsible for processing the customer orders onto their SAP system. You will need to do this in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be dealing with e-mails from customers who are querying or chasing orders and these need to be handled professionally.
You will have had experience of sales order processing, with SAP knowledge being an advantage but not essential. You will have good IT and keyboard skills and be comfortable dealing with a variety of people over the phone. You will need to be a fast learner and be able to cope with a busy varied role.
Hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, starting on the 3rd Septemebr for a period of 6 weeks.
