We are excited to be partnering with a leading service provider in Dover in their search for a proven, successful Sales Manager.
In this role you will be leading and developing a team of sales agents as well as having your own leading hand in business development for the company.
You must be able to evidence not only a successful history of achieving sales targets, but also leading and developing a team of people to be successful in their own rights. You will be responsible for performance reviews and staff training to ensure that you and your team are providing excellent customer service and achieving company KPIs.
