Our client based in Rochester is looking for an experienced Technical Administrator to support with their engineers ensuring all administration and client contact is kept up-to-date at all times.
It is essential that you have previous experience supporting in an engineering environment, and have an understanding or previous involvement in writing risk assessments and method statements.
You will need to be more than happy to support with any requirements for administration that the office may have, whilst working in a busy environment. You will be 1st point of contact for all customers, so need an excellent telephone manner.
This role will be working Monday - Friday 8.30 - 16.30, offering a salary of £17,000 - £22,000/annum depending on experience.
Experience working in CRM systems and confidence in all the Microsoft packages is required to be successful in this position.
